Job summary

Autograph Collection in Sydney is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, efficient service across our restaurant, bar and in-room dining. You will help showcase dishes and drinks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest care.

This role suits energetic individuals with a passion for hospitality, RSA certified in NSW, who can work nights and weekends. Training is provided, and you’ll join a dynamic team committed to guest satisfaction and a welcoming

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA certification.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but training is available for the right people.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Genuine passion for food, drinks and customer service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service across restaurant, bar and in-room dining.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are well looked after.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
• Support venue operations including setup, pack-down, and restocking.
