Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is hiring for a friendly Front of House team member to deliver attentive service across our venues. You will take orders, assist with food and beverage service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space for guests.

The role emphasises teamwork, reliability and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. Successful candidates will have a WA RSA, be available for evenings, weekends and public holidays, and hold full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current WA RSA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests.
• Assist with food and beverage service across the venue.
• Take orders and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Support the wider FOH team during busy service periods.
• Keep tables, service areas and the venue clean and organised.
• Work closely with the team to create a great guest experience.
• Assist with setup, pack-down and general FOH duties.
