Job summary
Vicinity Centres is seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Manager for The Glen and Oakleigh Central in Melbourne. You will lead the Guest Experience team, deliver integrated customer experiences, and strengthen relationships with customers, retailers and community partners.

- Proven experience in a customer-facing management role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team delivering guest experiences.
- Strong stakeholder relations and community engagement capabilities.
- Experience in retail destination marketing and centre operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Guest Experience team across The Glen and Oakleigh Central.
- Develop customer service strategies aligned with Vicinity brand promises.
- Oversee rosters, scheduling changes and peak period coverage within budget.
- Monitor customer service metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Build partnerships with local government, community groups and retailers.
- Prepare regular performance and community insight reports for management.
