Job summary

Hotel Woolstore 1888 in Sydney seeks a Casual Front Office All-Rounder to join our team, supporting reception, restaurant and bar services while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll engage with guests across the full journey and share knowledge of the hotel and local area.

You’ll be part of a boutique hotel where teamwork and genuine hospitality are valued. Rotating shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays are expected, ensuring a vibrant and flexible work

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, F&B or similar hospitality role.
• Passion for personalised guest service.
• Confident communication and friendly demeanor.
• Attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Flexible, team-focused and supportive across hotel.
• Rotating roster availability including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Opera Cloud or similar hotel systems experience is advantageous.
• RSA certification or willingness to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and personalised check-in and check-out experiences.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests, payments and hotel services.
• Support restaurant and bar operations with attentive, friendly service.
• Assist with events, functions and dining experiences across the hotel.
• Share your knowledge of the hotel and local area with guests.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Support wider hotel operations, including phones, emails and occasional porter duties.
