Hotel Woolstore 1888 – Handwritten Collection in Sydney is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and elevate our vibrant F&B operation. You will oversee dinner service, motivate the team, and ensure warm, memorable guest experiences across our restaurant, bar, and events.

Formación

• Experience in food and beverage supervisory roles in hotel/high-volume hospitality.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Excellent front-of-house and bar service during dinner service.
• Passion for delivering exceptional food, beverage and guest experiences.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• RSA certificate is required.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Bring your hospitality leadership skills to one of Sydney’s most distinctive heritage hotels. Hotel Woolstore 1888 – Handwritten Collection is looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences across our vibrant food and beverage operation.

Part of the renowned Accor group, Hotel Woolstore 1888 combines the character of a historic wool store with contemporary design, industrial‑chic interiors and modern pop art. Located in the heart of Pyrmont, just moments from Darling Harbour, our hotel features 90 beautifully designed guestrooms, a multi‑award‑winning neighbourhood restaurant and bar, and versatile spaces for meetings and events.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Lead, support and motivate the team to deliver warm and memorable guest experiences.
• Take an active role during dinner service, with strong front‑of‑house and bar skills.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with team training, onboarding, rostering and other operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage supervisory or leadership experience, preferably within a hotel, restaurant or high‑volume hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and an understanding of how different departments work together.
• Strong front‑of‑house and bar service skills, with confidence during busy dinner service.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food, beverage and guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
