Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings. In this role you will apply your knowledge of service standards to create memorable dining experiences at outlets and events.

You will upsell thoughtfully, expand product knowledge through proactive learning, and collaborate closely with teammates to ensure smooth service across early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hospitality-focused customer service.
• Proficiency in F&B protocols including table service, beverages, events and coffee crafting.
• Flexibility across early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• RSA or equivalent qualification is required for the location.
