Job summary

Plexxcon is seeking an energetic, organised and self-driven Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join our Brisbane-based construction team. This role sits at the centre of activities, maintaining the CRM and pipeline, identifying opportunities and coordinating meetings and events.

You will coordinate Plexxcon's business development, marketing and client engagement, producing professional client-facing materials and ensuring our visibility in target markets.

• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain and actively manage our CRM, client database, opportunities, leads and follow-up actions.
• Lead Generation – Research target organisations, projects, consultants and decision-makers and identify new opportunities for Plexxcon.
• Outbound Calls – Make cold and warm calls to prospective clients, consultants and industry contacts to introduce Plexxcon and generate meetings.
• Meeting Coordination – Arrange introduction meetings, coffees, lunches, site visits and other opportunities for our leadership team to build relationships.
• BD Accountability – Help coordinate the leadership team's weekly BD commitments, ensuring actions, meetings and follow-ups actually happen.
• Client Events – Plan and coordinate client lunches, networking events, industry functions and Plexxcon-hosted events.
• Marketing Coordination – Work with our external partners and internal team to develop marketing material that supports our business development strategy.
• Content & Social Media – Coordinate project photography and video shoots at key project milestones, plan interviews and content filming, and assist overseeing the content calendar and posting schedule managed by our content agency.
• Monthly Newsletter – Compile and coordinate a professional monthly Plexxcon newsletter showcasing projects, people, capabilities and company updates to external clients.
• Capability Statements – Prepare and tailor capability statements, project profiles, presentations and introductory material for specific clients and sectors.
• Client Intelligence – Keep track of upcoming projects, industry movements, key contacts and opportunities across our target markets.
• Follow-Up – Make sure opportunities don't disappear because someone forgot to make the second or third phone call.
