Randstad in the Eastern Suburbs is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager & Project Coordinator to nurture client relationships and drive project delivery. This hybrid role blends sales, bid coordination, and admin support to help scale our New Business department.

You will chase incoming leads, work with our tendering team, prepare pitches, and organize events while maintaining high standards of presentation and process.

Qualifications

• Foundational client negotiation experience.
• Strong admin and execution capabilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn from senior leadership.
• Flexible schedule to support major deals.

Responsibilities

• Contract Execution & Lead Nurturing: chase incoming leads, build relationships, and close deals on active projects.
• Tendering & Executive Collaboration: work with the tendering team and senior management to align bid strategies with business goals.
• Marketing & Department Optimization: assist marketing efforts, create templates, and optimize department spreadsheets.
• Event Coordination: plan small company events, including the annual Christmas event.
