Ibex Australia is seeking a B2B Growth & Market Development Coordinator to identify new markets, lead-gen campaigns and build a robust sales pipeline across commercial plumbing, HVAC, and related sectors. You’ll collaborate with sales, leadership and external agencies to generate demand and turn opportunities into revenue.
You'll research target markets, manage CRM leads, track campaign performance and continuously improve strategies to drive measurable business growth in a technical B2B
Find the opportunities. Create the demand. Drive the pipeline.
This isn't a traditional marketing role.
We're looking for someone who sees marketing differently.
At Ibex Australia, we supply technical stainless‑steel piping systems across Australia. Our customers operate across commercial plumbing, mechanical services, industrial, fire, engineering, construction and other project‑driven industries.
Our growth isn't going to come from simply posting more on LinkedIn or making our brochures look better.
What you’ll actually be doing
You’ll work closely with our sales and leadership teams to identify new markets, customers and projects and turn those opportunities into qualified leads and sales pipeline.
You’ll be responsible for:
We want someone who thinks commercially
We don’t want marketing for the sake of marketing.
We want someone who can look at a market such as data centres, commercial plumbing, HVAC, fire or mining and work out who, what, how and when to target
You’ll need to be comfortable getting into the detail, asking questions and understanding how our customers actually buy.
This role will suit you if...
You’re the person who:
Experience in a technical B2B environment would be highly regarded, particularly within:
Construction | Engineering | HVAC | Plumbing | Fire | Pumps | Valves | Electrical | Manufacturing | Industrial | Building Products | Mining | Automation
We’re more interested in someone who understands how businesses buy than someone who has simply worked in marketing for a long time.
The challenge
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll spend your days creating social posts, organising branded merchandise and updating a content calendar, this probably isn’t the role for you.
If you want to understand markets, find opportunities, generate demand and see your work turn into sales pipeline...
We’d like to hear from you.
We’d love to hear what you could bring to Ibex.
