Job summary

MindSpot, part of Macquarie University Health, seeks a Head of Partnerships and Growth to lead strategic growth, partnerships and marketing across Australia. This senior role focuses on expanding reach, securing funding and building high-value collaborations to advance digital mental health services.

You will work with the Executive Director and MindSpot’s leadership to shape a national growth agenda, with hybrid or remote options from anywhere in Australia and a laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior business development, partnerships, growth, strategy or commercial development with measurable growth outcomes.
• Ability to develop and deliver growth strategies that increase awareness, reach, impact and sustainability.
• Strong track record in establishing and managing strategic partnerships with government, health systems, universities and funders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead MindSpot’s growth strategy to increase reach, impact, sustainability and awareness.
• Identify, assess and secure new funding, commissioning and partnership opportunities with strong business cases.
• Set MindSpot’s marketing strategy across brand, campaigns and digital channels to increase awareness and uptake of services.
• Build and maintain high-value partnerships with government agencies, health systems, primary care organisations, universities and funders.
• Lead the Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist (Digital) and collaborate with MQ Health Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Establish performance measures across growth, partnerships and marketing using data to prioritise investment.
