Job summary

KPay Group in Sydney is seeking a high-ownership Partnerships professional to identify and develop strategic partnerships, build new growth channels and turn opportunities into measurable revenue.

You'll work directly with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to take partnerships from idea to execution. No prior partnership experience is required; we value potential, commercial mindset and your ability to execute.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-potential partnership opportunities across the Australian market.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
• Own partnerships end-to-end, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, launch and growth.
• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives that generate merchant growth and revenue.
• Work cross-functionally to launch and scale partnership initiatives.
• Track performance and use data to improve conversion, activation and revenue.
• Identify new markets, channels and opportunities to accelerate growth.
