Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in partnerships or business development.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and complex negotiations.
• Strong relationship management with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for AP+ partnership strategy and translate priorities into opportunities.
• Build and steward senior-level relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations with senior partners.
• Shape investment appraisals and business cases with clear measures of success.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across partnerships, sales and engagement.
