Job summary

HL Group | HL Landscapes, Groundworks & Pacific Nurseries in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to grow our brands, generate qualified enquiries and support our sales team.

You’ll blend marketing, prospect research, outbound outreach and enquiry management to identify opportunities, nurture conversations and turn interest into quotes, projects and ongoing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, marketing, sales support or business development.
• Confidence contacting potential customers and building relationships.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, email marketing platforms and social media tools.
• Understanding of Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate paid advertising, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Manage social media calendar and create project updates and case studies.
• Gather site photos, videos, testimonials and project information.
• Maintain a consistent, professional presence across our brands.
• Coordinate targeted direct mailouts to promote services and generate opportunities.
• Identify prospective clients, projects and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain targeted contact lists of potential customers.
• Track qualified leads, meetings, quotes and campaign costs.
• Keep contacts, lead sources and opportunity status up-to-date in the CRM.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and coordinate follow-up with the relevant team.
• Contact prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn to arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Prepare marketing material and support campaigns targeting services, customers and regions.
