Brothers Support Network in Brisbane is seeking a Marketing Lead to own how we show up in the market. This hands-on role sits in Growth, reporting to the Founder, and focuses on qualified enquiries, referrals and trust through compelling content and campaigns.

You’ll drive strategy, brand, content, social, email, website optimisation, and performance marketing across channels, with AI-enabled tools to accelerate quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience shaping marketing strategy for a service business.
• Ability to translate brand into messaging across channels.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and fast learning in a lean environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing strategy, calendar, audiences, messaging and budget.
• Maintain brand guidelines and outward-facing content.
• Create and edit content; capture field footage; run founder-led content.
• Oversee social scheduling, engagement and performance.
• Run email campaigns, segmentation and journeys where useful.
• Keep website content current; improve landing pages; optimise enquiry paths.
• Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google and other channels.
• Create brochures, decks and referral/recruitment assets.
• Leverage AI to speed outputs while maintaining quality.
• Produce clear analytics tying activity to qualified opportunities.
