Geely Auto Australia in Sydney is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. You will work directly under the Digital Marketing Manager to build, run, and measure campaigns that help our brand grow.

Your days will be split between launching paid ads, sending targeted emails, updating our website, and tracking numbers to see what works best. If you love blending analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role.
• Proven experience managing budgets and driving leads/sales directly within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, GA4, and GTM.
• Excellent copywriting with AI tools to streamline production and optimization.
• Experience using a modern headless CMS like Storyblok.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Launch Campaigns: Create and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Explore New Channels: Set up and run ads on DSPs to test new audiences.
• Optimise Budget: Monitor daily spend to lower CPL and improve ROAS.
• Test Creatives: Run ongoing A/B tests on ad copy, layouts, and visuals to improve conversions.
• CRM & Lifecycle: Build email campaigns, segment audiences, and set up automated journeys.
• Analytics: Use GTM and GA4 to track actions and build clear dashboards.
