Job summary

Kindtide in Geelong, Australia, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to turn extraordinary engineering into conversations and opportunities. You will plan and run campaigns across target industries and regions, driving qualified leads and global sales activity.

You will work with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, social and marketing automation, using Salesforce, Pardot/APollo to measure and improve performance. A hands-on, AI‑savvy marketer who can create content and lift results is ideal.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2B marketing with lead generation focus.
• Experience with paid digital channels and campaign optimisation.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lead generation campaigns across priority industries, regions and customer segments.
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social.
• Develop audiences, messaging, creative concepts, landing pages and conversion journeys.
• Create digital ads, graphics, social content, presentations and short-form video using Canva, Photoshop, InShot or similar.
• Use GA4 and campaign reporting to understand performance, conversion and lead quality.
• Apply AI tools to support planning, audience research, content development, creative ideation, reporting and workflow improvement.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities and identify practical improvements in marketing quality and speed.
• Test new AI-enabled tools and workflows while maintaining brand control and human judgement.
• Collaborate with global sales to turn priorities into coordinated marketing activity.
• Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences and product content.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, commercially relevant stories.
• Support website, email, social media, events and outbound campaigns.
• Use Salesforce, Account Engagement/Pardot and Apollo to support lead capture, scoring, nurture and reporting.
• Coordinate external designers, animators, PR specialists and other contractors.
• Track marketing contribution to leads, qualified opportunities and pipeline.
• Test new ideas and continuously improve marketing operations.
