Bluefin Company Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager in Sydney to own content and brand, drive campaigns and events, and optimise martech. You will report to the CEO and manage 1 direct report, shaping growth through content and leadership collaboration.

The role offers hybrid work with Sydney preference and flexibility for Melbourne or Brisbane. A strong focus on measurable commercial growth and ROI will be key.

Reporting to the CEO and managing 1 direct report; aMarketing Executive, you’ll build on established brand foundations, optimise marketing technology and turn content and campaigns into measurable commercial growth.

What you’ll bring
