Job summary

Omnidian is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead Australian go-to-market strategy, drive residential acquisition and help grow the commercial pipeline as Solar Service Guys transitions to the Omnidian brand.

You will build the local marketing function with access to global resources, reporting to the Australian VP of Growth and collaborating with the US Head of Brand Strategy & Innovation.

Qualifications

• Growth or performance marketing experience with proven acquisition and pipeline results.
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation and digital ads; HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, GA4 preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to improve research, content, campaigns.
• Experience in solar/renewables or home services is valued.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified solar health check leads via Google Ads and Meta, optimize messaging and landing pages.
• Manage external digital agency against performance objectives and determine right mix of support.
• Develop campaigns for commercial real-estate owners, asset managers and solar retailers in Australia.
• Deliver trade shows, industry events and targeted account engagement with follow-up.
• Build a coordinated marketing calendar and repeatable processes for campaigns, nurturing and reporting using HubSpot and Airtable.
• Develop referrals, customer stories and social content, including short-form video.
• Track campaign performance and advise where to invest time and budget.
• Support the transition from Solar Service Guys to Omnidian in Australia over 6–12 months.
