Planted is hiring a Growth Lead to build its Australian business. You will be the first in-market representative, establishing the AU market, building a channel with EPCs and developers, and driving growth from pipeline to signed deals.

You will report to the Director of Growth and Strategy in California, operating with high autonomy in a fast-scaling, robotics-enabled solar deployment environment. The role emphasizes building local partnerships, defending techno-economic superiority, and

Qualificações

• 7+ years in commercial, business development, or delivery roles on AU utility-scale solar or adjacent infrastr.
• Strong autonomy as market lead in AU.
• Existing network with Australian developers, IPPs, EPCs, or industrial energy teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the Australian market, build target lists across developers, IPPs, EPCs, and mining buyers.
• Build the channel through local EPCs and train them on our system economics.
• Develop techno-economic case comparing our robot-installed system with incumbents, using Australian benchmarks.
• Coordinate with internal experts to address structural, electrical, certification, and local content questions.
• Represent Planted credibly in government and industry circles and learn pricing, competitors, and regulation.
