10+ years in commercial strategy, business development or related roles with leadership responsibility.
Proven ability to scale a business and drive market share, trading activity and revenue.
Strong understanding of the Australian market and regulatory context.
Experience developing and executing GTM strategies and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own the Australian Commercial Strategy and roadmap with clear KPIs.
Develop growth channels and strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption.
Lead GTM strategy for major products and market initiatives in Australia.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to translate GTM into executable plans.
Navigate regulatory requirements with Legal & Compliance to ensure compliant execution.
