OKX is hiring for an Affiliate Marketing / Business Development role in Australia to grow a global network of affiliates and partners. You will craft strategic value propositions, sign agreements, and manage campaigns across online and live events.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale growth in the digital assets space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in digital assets or related sectors.
• Proven ability to scale affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Comfort interpreting performance data and driving optimization.
• Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude.
• Understanding of affiliate KPIs and customer acquisition metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners aligned with OKX's audience and communities.
• Build business cases and negotiate terms to onboard affiliates for online and in-person events.
• Cultivate relationships and coordinate contract execution with affiliates and partners.
• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and improve performance of existing partners.
