Job summary

Wesfarmers Health in Australia is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to lead performance and growth of our marketplace channels, including Uber Eats and future partners. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will manage end-to-end marketplace partnerships and deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustainable commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing eCommerce marketplaces and day-to-day operations.
• Practical understanding of fulfilment operations, inventory management and customer service models.
• Experience managing external partners with governance and service levels.
• Strong analytical ability to translate performance data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of marketplace partnerships.
• Lead onboarding, implementation and expansion of new marketplace opportunities.
• Establish governance, service standards and performance-review processes.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Trade teams to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Coordinate readiness, testing and delivery of new features and launches.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships against contracts and SLAs.
• Improve marketplace processes and embed continuous improvement.
