Job summary

Macnaught Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager for Western Australia to own the territory, grow sales through distributors and end users, and drive growth in lubrication equipment solutions.

You will visit customers, identify opportunities, conduct product demonstrations and training, provide technical and sales support, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and timely lead follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and lead generation skills in B2B or industrial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting, negotiating and building relationships.
• Experience in business planning, territory management and sales reporting to meet targets.
• Customer service mindset with ability to resolve issues and provide technical support.
• Experience in industrial, lubrication, fluid transfer or related sectors is advantageous.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software for planning and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Western Australia.
• Relevant qualification in business, sales, engineering or related discipline is an advantage.
