Job summary

Searchability® is seeking an SDR to drive growth for our full-service digital agency in Sydney. You will own outbound prospecting, convert inbound interest into genuine opportunities, and build partnerships to create revenue.

You'll manage a healthy pipeline, hit recurring monthly revenue targets, and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first touch to onboard. If you're proactive and results-driven, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• SDR experience in a service-based industry is required.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads across channels.
• Strong pipeline management and revenue goals experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through multiple channels to build new business.

• Follow up MQLs and active deals to keep opportunities moving.
