Job summary

Recruitmark is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing for a Sydney-based, trade-only wholesaler of office furniture, seating, storage, screens and acoustic solutions. You will lead the sales and marketing functions, driving profitable revenue growth, expanding reseller partnerships and strengthening brand positioning.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching high-performing teams, developing strategic customer relationships and ensuring marketing activity translates into measurable sales

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, wholesale, or distribution roles.
• Energy and urgency with a results-driven mindset.
• Proven profitable sales growth with focus on gross margin.
• Strong leadership, coaching and business development skills.
• Experience in key account management and strategic partnerships.
• Understanding of marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, forecasting and performance.
• Hands-on, customer-facing approach translating insights into action.
• Comfortable with weekly performance scorecards and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and gross profit targets while growing reseller partnerships.
• Strengthen reseller engagement and develop account growth plans.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver value-based conversations and results.
• Oversee brand positioning, campaigns, launches and lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end sales funnel, CRM discipline, forecasting and conversions.
• Establish weekly scorecards and drive continuous improvement across sales and marketing.
