Job summary

O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our friendly and supportive team. This role focuses on owning customer relations, delivering excellent service, and contributing to business growth.

You will handle inbound calls, follow up quotes and appointments, conduct surveys, and assist with debt collection and general administration. Strong communication and MS Office/Simpro skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or office administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High computer literacy, especially Simpro and MS Office.
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bringing in more business by communicating with new and existing customers.
• Efficient management of inbound calls and outbound customer surveys and debt collection.
• Be the glue between operational performance and marketing through customer service follow-up activity.
• Manage inbound customer enquiries and phone calls.
• Follow up quotes, appointments, and customer communications.
• Conduct customer surveys and support ongoing engagement.
• Assist with debt collection and account follow-ups.
• Contribute to efficient office operations and administration.
