Qualifications

• Experience in insurance broking roles such as Assistant Account Executive or broker support.
• Tier 1 insurance broking qualification preferred or in progress.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with renewals, new business submissions and mid-term adjustments.
• Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.
• Prepare insurance summaries, schedules and client documentation.
• Support Account Executives with day-to-day client servicing and queries.
• Process policy documents accurately within required timeframes.
• Build strong relationships with insurers and underwriters.
• Assist with claims coordination where required.
