Fetch is seeking a Head of Growth to own the strategy, system and team behind rapid user acquisition and retention in Australia. This senior, player-coach role covers acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, referrals, partnerships, website and new channels, building an engine that reaches every pet parent in Australia with craft and warmth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in growth, ideally in a venture-backed consumer business.
• Ownership across growth strategy, budget, team, and targets
• Experience building a creative or growth-testing operation
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, cohorts, and conversion
• Good judgement across copy, design, websites, landing pages, offers, and customer experience
• A sharp eye for creative that works on Meta, TikTok etc.
• Nice to have: subscription, referral, product-led growth; you don’t need insurtech or fintech experience.

• A small team: hired, coached, and led by you
