Job summary

Pet Circle is seeking a Venture Lead in Sydney to shape the future of our AI-driven ventures across pet care products and services. You will identify opportunities, build business cases with real customer evidence, and take ventures from concept to market with speed and rigor.

You'll work across marketing, data, technology, CX, supply chain and veterinary teams, owning P&L when needed and prioritising customer impact over process. AI experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping end-to-end in e-commerce or digital product.
• Ability to build the commercial case for opportunities with P&L insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.
• Proven track record turning ideas into real customer solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and test venture opportunities across Pet Circle’s portfolio.
• Build business cases with customer evidence and milestones.
• Move opportunities from decision to market with speed and rigor.
• Collaborate across category, marketing, data, technology, CX, supply chain and vet teams.
• Own P&L or lead a venture when required.
