Job summary

FUNDAY is reshaping confectionery and seeking a commercially minded Head of eCommerce & Digital Growth to steer growth across Australia and internationally. You will own the digital growth strategy across eCommerce, marketplaces, CRM, paid media, and retail media, reporting into senior leadership.

You will build the playbook, scale a high-growth consumer brand, manage a team and agency partners, and apply data-driven judgment to optimise CAC, LTV and ROAS while expanding into the US and other

Qualifications

• 10+ years in eCommerce, growth or related marketing roles.
• Proven record of scaling consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS and CRO.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end eCommerce strategy and performance.
• Drive customer acquisition across Meta, Google, influencers and affiliates.
• Lead CRM, retention, loyalty and lifecycle marketing.
• Grow marketplace trading and optimize website CRO.
• Provide growth dashboards and commercial insights.
