Job summary

Crystalbrook Collection in Cairns is seeking a Groups Coordinator to support the Sales team in converting group enquiries into confirmed business across our hotels. You will help manage the end-to-end journey from enquiry to booking and handover, collaborating across Revenue, F&B and CSC Groups Team.

You should have experience in hotel sales, reservations, revenue or similar commercial hotel operations, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, reservations or revenue roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to group and event enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare tailored proposals with rates, deposits, terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with Revenue to align quotes with price strategy.
• Support key account activity and customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for catering, upgrades and add-ons.
• Maintain CRM records and provide handover notes for bookings.
