Job summary

Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a results-driven hospitality sales professional to convert group enquiries into bookings, working closely with Sales Account Managers, Revenue, F&B and the CSC Groups Team.

You will bring strong customer focus, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple enquiries with clear communication. Experience with Opera and Microsoft 365 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries, priorities and deadlines.
• Warm, professional communication with customers and partners.
• Commercial confidence to balance customer needs with revenue opportunities.
• Experience in hotel sales, reservations, revenue or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to group enquiries in a timely, professional and engaging way.
• Prepare tailored proposals including rates, inventory, terms, deposits and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Revenue to align quotes with demand and pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to support key account activity.
• Identify opportunities to upsell catering, upgrades and value-add options.
• Follow up quotes to improve conversion and revenue.
• Maintain CRM records and enquiry status updates.
• Provide clear handover notes for bookings.
• Support monthly reporting on enquiry volume and revenue performance.
