Mater Group Finance is seeking a permanent, full-time Financial Accountant – Group Reporting and Tax based in Newstead, Brisbane. You will deliver timely group financial reporting, consolidate accounts, coordinate external audits and meet taxation obligations across the Mater Group.

Salary range: $62.74 - $67.20 per hour plus superannuation and access to salary packaging and staff benefits. You will work with cross-functional teams and tax advisers to ensure accurate financial information and

Formación

• CA/CPA qualification required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a large organisation.
• Experience with financial consolidation, annual financial statements and audits.
• Understanding of Australian indirect tax requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly group consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coordinate Group Annual Financial Statements and audit notes.
• Lodge BAS, GST and balance sheet reconciliations in D365.
• Prepare technical accounting position papers under AASB.
