Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification with group consolidation experience.
• Experience in statutory reporting for large/complex organisations.
• Knowledge of AASB and IFRS, multi-currency consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Leading the preparation of monthly consolidated management reporting across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Preparing and reviewing half-year and full-year consolidated statutory financial statements
• Managing complex global and multi-currency consolidations, including eliminations, equity accounting, non-controlling interests and foreign currency translation
• Acting as a key point of contact for external auditors and managing audit deliverables
• Providing technical accounting advice across complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and investments
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and global finance teams across the business
• Ensuring strong governance, controls and data integrity across reporting processes
• Managing and developing team members
• Driving process improvements across group accounting, systems and internal controls
• Providing analysis and commentary on key trends, variances and business performance
