Qualifications

• Significant senior executive or group CEO experience with full P&L and operational accountability.
• Proven track record in organisational transformation, growth or diversification.
• Deep governance and reporting experience to a board, with regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive an ambitious group strategy across multiple entities.
• Lead a high-performing executive team to operate at group scale.
• Oversee service quality, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance and growth.
• Represent Weeroona Group to funders, government, partners and the community.
