The successful candidate will strengthen leadership capability, expand market share, and align operations with community needs while ensuring high quality client outcomes and financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, performance, and development of the Community & In-Home Aged Care portfolio.
• Drive sustainable growth by expanding market share and referral pathways.
• Coach and develop leadership teams for strengthened accountability.
• Standardise practices and reporting while maintaining local responsiveness.
• Improve workforce planning, rostering, and service efficiency.
• Build trusted relationships with government, hospitals, and communities.
