Job summary

Willing & Able Foundation in Port Macquarie NSW is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its next stage of development. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic, operational and cultural leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred and financially sustainable services.

You will build a respectful workplace, strengthen employment pathways, maintain governance and regulatory compliance, and develop relationships with participants, families and government.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience in disability/human services/not-for-profit management.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance understanding.
• Experience working with a Board and delivering strategic outcomes.
