Job summary

Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a Group Reservations Agent to coordinate, manage, and execute group bookings—from corporate conferences to weddings and tour groups. You’ll ensure details are precise and deliver a flawless experience from inquiry to arrival.

You will be organized, efficient, and enjoy building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be the first contact for accommodation needs for conference groups and ensure high standards of service and accuracy in

Qualifications

• Permanent residency or eligibility to work in Australia.
• Experience in a high-volume hotel reservations environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group reservations from inquiry to departure.
• Liaise with sales, front office and events teams for seamless execution.
• Input and maintain accurate booking data in reservation systems.
• Monitor room allocations, rates, contracts and cut-off dates.
• Prepare rooming lists, reports and group arrivals.
• Handle special requests and last-minute changes professionally.
• Deliver outstanding service to clients, agents and internal stakeholders.
