Job summary

Maestro Hospitality is seeking a senior beverage leader to guide a diverse portfolio while preserving the character of each venue in Sydney. You will partner with venue managers, sommeliers and bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading beverage strategy across multiple venues.
• Proven capability in training and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Italian and international wines, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group's beverage strategy across wine, cocktails, spirits, beer and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Curate wine lists and menus to suit each venue's identity and guest experience.
• Manage supplier relations, purchasing, pricing and product selection.
