Job summary
Steritech, based in Melbourne, seeks a Group Business Development Manager for Plant Medicine to drive growth across Australia's plant-based medicine and therapeutic goods sector. You will build strategic partnerships with licensed producers, manufacturers, sponsors and importers, reporting to the CEO and shaping GMP-compliant solutions.

Qualifications
- Significant business development experience in GMP-regulated sectors.
- Strong capabilities in strategic account management and commercial negotiations.
- Deep understanding of Australian plant-based medicine supply chains.
- Familiarity with TGA, PIC/S GMP and ODC licensing is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account plans and build trusted relationships with plant-based medicine customers.
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business across Plant Based Medicine and Therapeutic Goods services.
- Act as the principal commercial contact for strategic customers and coordinate cross-functional support.
- Lead proposals, business cases, pricing, contracts and technical agreements.
- Support onboarding, audits, site visits and supplier qualification with Quality and Operations.
- Monitor regulatory developments, market trends and demand drivers.
- Provide forecasts and pipeline information for planning.
- Represent Steritech at customer meetings and industry initiatives.
