Job summary

ProClinical partners with an established Australian medicinal cannabis cultivator and GMP manufacturer to appoint a National Sales Manager. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will drive a national revenue strategy, expand distribution across pharmacies, clinics and prescribers, and build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Current or previous employment within a medicinal cannabis company is essential.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development or commercial management.
• Established relationships within the Australian medicinal cannabis sector, including brands, distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies or clinic groups.
• Demonstrated track record of generating revenue, securing new business and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of the Australian medicinal cannabis market, including relevant TGA regulations and commercial distribution channels.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel nationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth across medicinal cannabis and pharmaceutical products.
• Identify and secure new B2B opportunities with medicinal cannabis brands, wholesalers, distributors and commercial partners.
• Expand product distribution across pharmacy groups, clinics and prescriber networks.
• Develop commercial partnerships for GMP contract and toll manufacturing services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures and supply contracts.
• Support the launch and commercialisation of new products across the Australian market.
• Manage the national sales pipeline, revenue forecasts and commercial performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to expand into international markets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, manufacturing and operations teams to support business growth.
