Job summary

Airnorth is seeking a Movement Information Coordinator to coordinate daily aircraft departures, arrivals and turnarounds at Darwin Airport. You will monitor flight information, communicate changes to teams and manage documentation to ensure timely operations.

The role requires experience in airport operations, strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in airport operations or similar operational environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learner of new systems.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an ASIC and other licences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily aircraft departures, arrivals and turnaround activities.
• Monitor and communicate flight information and operational changes to teams and providers.
• Supervise check-in and boarding activities and support Customer Service Officers.
• Prepare and maintain movement records and flight-related paperwork.
• Liaise with internal teams, flight crew, airports and service providers to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor performance and escalate risks impacting safety, compliance or schedule.
• Support disruption management, shift handovers and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
