Airnorth is seeking a Customer Service Officer / Inventory Coordinator for the Darwin RAAF site. You will manage inventory using our stock control system while delivering top-tier service to the Australian Defence Force.
Responsibilities include dispatch and receiving flights, check-in support, catering handling and safety compliance on a rotating 7-day roster. You’ll work to high standards in a dynamic aviation environment.
The Customer Service Officer provides a level of internal and external service that exceeds customer expectations and delivers that by applying and adhering to company policies, procedures, rules and regulations safely and efficiently.

DISPATCH AND RECEIVING OF FLIGHTS

EXCESS BAGGAGE & SALES REPORT (SAR)
DELAYED / MISHANDLED FLIGHTS
Detailed procedures for delayed flight management are contained in the Corporate Operations Manual.
OUTPORT ASSISTANCE
Provide check-in support to Airnorth outports as required.
CATERING
Preparation, loading and unloading of catering
SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Identify and communicate to management any hazards or health and safety issues identified within the workplace.

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for managing the inventory functions by operating our stock control computer system, whilst providing great customer service to our customer, the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
