Petstock Group is seeking a hands-on Grooming Salon Manager for our South Morang salon. You’ll lead a small team of four groomers, manage bookings and ensure an exceptional customer and pet experience.

You’ll drive salon growth, develop staff, and work closely with store leadership to maintain high standards and a positive team culture in Melbourne’s busy grooming operation.

• Previous grooming experience, ideally with leadership or management responsibilities.
• A genuine passion for developing and supporting others.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
