Are you an experienced groomer who enjoys leading a team and creating a great experience for customers and their pets? We're looking for a hands on Grooming Salon Manager to take the lead in our Hawthorn East salon and help drive its next stage of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established salon with a loyal and growing customer base. The salon is fully equipped with four grooming stations and a dedicated bathing and drying stations, giving you everything you need to run a successful operation while supporting a small team to achieve their best.

Leading the Salon's Success

As the Salon Manager, you'll oversee the day to day running of the salon while continuing to provide high-quality grooming services. You will play a key role in developing your team, maintaining service standards, and building strong relationships with customers.

• Leading and supporting a team of two groomers
• Coaching and developing team members across different skill levels
• Managing salon bookings, workflow and productivity
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience for pets and their owners
• Driving customer growth and identifying opportunities to build the salon's performance
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaged team culture
• Working closely with the store leadership team to support the ongoing success of the business
