Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a friendly Groomer to deliver high-quality grooming services in our grooming salon. You will support the Senior Groomer with daily tasks, bathe and brush dogs, and assist customers with bookings and product recommendations.

The role requires comfort around dogs of all sizes, a positive attitude, and a readiness to learn. Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Passion for animals and delivering great customer service.
• Confident around animals; able to handle dogs with varied temperaments.
• Willingness to learn; relevant qualification preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding grooming services.
• Support Senior Groomer with daily grooming tasks.
• Bath and brush dogs prior to grooming.
• Assist store team with customer service and sales.
• Coordinate customer bookings in the grooming salon.
• Ensure safe handling and transfer of animals within the store.
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
