Job summary

A renewable energy developer in Victoria is seeking a Grid Connection Manager to oversee the grid connection process for large-scale solar and battery energy storage projects. You will negotiate with AEMO, manage stakeholder interactions, and contribute to project design while aiming for strong risk assessment outcomes. This role offers significant influence in the project lifecycle, a supportive work environment, and flexible working arrangements between Melbourne and Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Strong experience negotiating grid connection agreements with AEMO and NSPs.
• Solid understanding of the NEM connection process.
• Proven experience progressing grid connections for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the grid connection process for large-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Act as the primary interface with AEMO and NSPs.
• Contribute to early concept design and advanced control strategies.
