Job summary

Phillip Riley is seeking an experienced Grid Connection Manager to support the development and delivery of a portfolio of renewable energy projects across Australia. You will oversee grid connection activities from feasibility to commissioning and work with NSPs, consultants and internal teams.

The role requires proven experience with AEMO and NSPs, leading connection processes (5.3.4A, R1/R2), and familiarity with PSSE/PSCAD.

Qualifications

• Experience leading grid connection processes across development, construction and operations.
• Proven relationships with AEMO and NSPs.
• Experience coordinating with grid consultants and technical advisors.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and connection approvals (R1/R2, 5.3.4A).

Responsibilities

• Lead grid connection activities from feasibility through to operations with NSPs and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with grid consultants and suppliers, define scopes and review deliverables.
• Support connection applications and maintain relationships with AEMO and NSPs.
• Contribute to technical due diligence with development and engineering teams.
