Job summary

The Grace Group is seeking a Branch Manager for our Canberra operation to lead sales, customer service and operations, and to drive revenue and profit.

You will report to the Regional General Manager, develop and implement the strategic plan, manage budgets, and mentor a team across the business. If you excel at people leadership and delivering premium service, this is your opportunity to influence Australasia’s leading removals and information management group.

Qualifications

• Experience at Branch Management level to lead and manage the sales, administration and operations efforts.
• Broad commercial skills and financial management capability.
• Ability to set direction and implement the organisation’s strategic plan.
• Sales experience preferably in a premium product/service environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead and manage people.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role will see you responsible for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit, quality of service and development of the business operation. You will manage the activities of the sales, customer service and operations departments, leading these teams to success.
