Grace Group seeks a Branch Manager for our Darwin operation. You will lead sales, customer service and operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional service delivery across removals and related services.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will set strategic direction, manage budgets, and mentor teams to achieve targets. A premium service mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and proven leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience at Branch Management level to lead and manage the sales, administration and operations efforts.
• Broad commercial skills and financial management capability.
• Ability to set direction and implement the organisation’s strategic plan.
• Sales experience preferably in a premium product/service environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead and manage people.
